The front passenger of the vehicle, 21-year old Roberto Garcia Martinez of Robards placed two pizza boxes and a bread stick box on top of the vehicle after exiting. K9 Exo alerted on the vehicle and a film container containing suspected marijuana was found in one pizza box along with several pills. Garcia-Martinez stated that he put it there to hide it.

Garcia-Martinez was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
