Stepro was Indicted by Hancock County Grand Jury

LEWISPORT, Ky. (April 09, 2019)—Kentucky State Police troopers arrest a Boonville Indiana man after a Hancock County KY Grand Jury issued multiple indictment warrants for having a sexual relationship with a minor that allegedly occurred back in July 2018. Nelson Stepro, 58 of Boonville, IN was arrested today by troopers and charged with Five (5) counts of Incest (victim under 12 years old); Five (5) counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree (victim under 12 years old) and Five (5) counts of Sodomy 1st Degree.

KSP launched an investigation in January 2019 after allegations were made suggesting he had an inappropriate relationship with an underage juvenile.  

KSP arrested Stepro and transported him to the Breckinridge County Detention Center where he is currently being held.
