On May 6th, Henderson City Detective Jake Isonhood responded to a shooting at 2310 Adams Lane. Henderson City Police Public Information officer Jennifer Richmond says the victim, 56-year old Thomas Walker, was accused of breaking into a trailer where 20 year old Paul Sisco lives. Allegedly, Walker received a phone call from the juvenile suspect threatening to kill him. The suspect along with Paul Sisco and one or two other individuals, went to Thomas’s residence. Police say Thomas was slammed to the ground by Paul Sisco and witnesses were able to pull Sisco off of Thomas. Thomas and a witness saw the juvenile suspect shoot a handgun near Thomas. Thomas sustained a gunshot wound to the hand and the arm. The suspect was later located and Det. Isonhood charged him with Assault 1st Degree. He was then lodged in the McCracken County Regional Juvenile Detention Facility in Paducah, Kentucky. This remains an open investigation and due to the age of the suspect, no further information will be released at this time.
