LYNDA GAYLE CULVER PHILLIPS, 66, OF HENDERSON DIED SUNDAY. SHE WAS AN A-D-L INSTRUCTOR AT THE HUGH EDWARD SANDEFUR TRAINING CENTER AND HAD BEEN A SUBSTITUTE TEACHER FOR HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOLS. A KENTUCKY COLONEL, SHE WAS A MEMBER OF CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH AND ATTENDED FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH. SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY A BROTHER, DON CULVER.

SURVIVORS INCLUDE:

HER HUSBAND MIKE PHILLIPS

3 CHILDREN MARK FLOYD OF SEBREE
DESTINY MOFFETT OF HENDERSON
AND AMY ALLEN OF PADUCAH

7 GRANDCHILDREN AND 2 NIECES

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE 7 PM THURSDAY AT TOMBLINSON FUNERAL HOME HENDERSON CHAPEL

DR. BOB HARDISON WILL OFFICIATE

FRIENDS MAY CALL FROM 4:30 PM TO SERVICE TIME THURSDAY AT THE FUNERAL HOME
