HOSPITAL. SHE HAD ATTENDED KINDRED SPIRIT CHURCH. SHE WAS

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY 2 HUSBANDS, LANCY VERNON COWAN AND

JAMES WARE AND BY A SISTER, OCIE MAE WILSON.

SURVIVORS INCLUDE:

2 CHILDREN THERESA BULLOCK OF ROBARDS AND

RAY COWAN OF SEBREE

4 SISTERS FAYE WARE,

DELORIS LINGERFELT AND

MARY SANDEFUR, ALL OF HENDERSON

2 BROTHERS ARTHUR JAMES TAPP AND

BRUCE GENE FOREMAN DIED JULY 1ST AT THE LUCY SMITH KING CARE

CENTER. A GRADUATE OF HENDERSON COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL, HE WAS

A MEMBER OF JERUSALEM BAPTIST CHURCH. HE HAD WORKED AS A

COOK AT RALLY’S RESTAURANT.
