  extending from near Mount Carmel to near Morganfield, moving
  northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. Winds to 70 mph have been
           measured along this line.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
