THE POTHOLE PATCHING ON US 41 NORTH HAS BEEN COMPLETED – ALL LANES ARE BACK OPEN TO THROUGH TRAFFIC.

PREVIOUSLY:

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has restricted NORTHBOUND traffic to one lane on US 41 near Audubon State Park at Henderson. This is along US 41 northbound at the north end of the US 41 North Strip near the 18 mile marker.

All traffic in this work zone is moved to the left-hand or passing lane due to a large pothole that our Henderson County Highway Maintenance Crew has been battling all day. They have resorted to some quick-setting high-strength concrete that should arrive on site shortly.

Estimated duration is 2 hours.

Once the concrete is poured we anticipate the northbound driving lane will have to remain closed about 30 minutes to allow the concrete to cure.

Updates as appropriate.
