RAMONA JOYCE STALLINGS        91       OF HENDERSON

DIED TUESDAY AT HER HOME.  A LONGTIME MEMBER OF THE FORMER IMMANUEL BAPTIST TEMPLE, SHE RETIRED AS A TEACHER WITH THE HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM HAVING TAUGHT FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS.  SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND, JAMES GRANT OVERFIELD; BY A DAUGHTER, JACQUELYN SUE OVERFIELD BUCKMAN AND BY A SON, JOHN SCOTT OVERFIELD.

SURVIVORS INCLUDE: 

1 SON            JAMIE L. OVERFIELD OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FLORIDA 

1 BROTHER              HUGH CRAWFORD OF HENDERSON

DIED WEDNESDAY AT DEACONESS GATEWAY HOSPITAL IN NEWBURGH.  HE EARNED

HIS BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN FINANCE ECONOMICS FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN INDIANA.  HE ALSO ATTENDED IVY TECH COMMUNITY COLLEGE IN EVANSVILLE AND WAS

AN INSURANCE AGENT AT SHELTER INSURANCE COMPANY.  HE PREVIOUSLY OWNED PAYNE’S GYM AND WAS THE KENTUCKY CHAIR MEMBER OF THE U.S.A.P.L. POWERLIFTING ASSOCIATION.

HIS WIFE OF 20 YEARS      LINDSAY CORUM

3 DAUGHTERS         GABRIELLE, EDEN AND GRACELYN CORUM, ALL OF HENDERSON

DIED SATURDAY AT THE LUCY SMITH KING CARE CENTER.  SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE FORMER RANGERS LANDING MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH AND LATER ATTENDED ZION BAPTIST CHURCH.  SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND, WOODROW LEM JOHNSON; BY A DAUGHTER, KATHLEEN JOHNSON AND BY 3 BROTHERS, ODELL BAGGETT, DENNIS TABB AND DALLAS TABB.

DIED THURSDAY AT THE LUCY SMITH KING CARE CENTER.  SHE WAS A LIFELONG MEMBER OF HOLY NAME OF JESUS CATHOLIC CHURCH, WHERE SHE HAD BEEN ACTIVE WITH THE ALTAR SOCIETY.  SHE RETIRED FROM GIBBS DIE CASTING WHERE SHE WORKED IN THE OFFICE.  SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND, CHARLES RAY RICHMOND; BY A DAUGHTER, GAYLE RICHMOND DAVIS AND BY 4 SISTERS AND 5 BROTHERS.
