KYTC crews have southbound traffic pushed down to one lane the Bi-State Memorial Twin Bridges for the installation of navigational lights under the bridge. Crews set up the work site at 9:00 a.m. and will have the lane closure in place by 9:30 a.m.
Motorists are advised to reduce their speed and observe traffic control. The work should be completed before the afternoon commute.
