UPDATE: The Northbound Ohio River twin bridge between Henderson and Evansville is back open following pre-dawn tractor trailer crash. The NB Bridge had to be shutdown while emergency crews conducted an extrication of a person who was trapped under a semi that turned over on top of the vehicle on the bridge. That person has been transported to an area hospital for treatment. Their condition is unknown. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
