MICHAEL LAYNE “MR. MIKE” LONDON           68       OF HENDERSON

DIED SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 29, 2020 AT VANDERBILT UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER IN NASHVILLE.  HE WORKED FOR HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOLS AS A COOK AND PREVIOUSLY WORKED AT GIBBS DIE CASTING FOR 35 YEARS.  HE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS WIFE, FRANCES RUTH LONDON, BY A SISTER, GAIL MATHIS AND A BROTHER, RICKY LONDON.

 

SURVIVORS INCLUDE:

2 CHILDREN            AUDRA ELAYNE LONDON AND AMYE RUTH LONDON, BOTH OF HENDERSON

2 SISTERS      CONNIE STONE AND MARY UTLEY, BOTH OF HENDERSON

NIECES, NEPHEWS AND A COUSIN

 

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE NOON THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 2020 AT TOMBLINSON FUNERAL HOME HENDERSON CHAPEL

DR. BILL PATTERSON AND BROTHER ROBERT DUNCAN WILL OFFICIATE

BURIAL WILL BE IN ROSELAWN MEMORIAL GARDENS

FRIENDS MAY CALL FROM 9 AM TO SERVICE TIME THURSDAY AT THE FUNERAL HOME

DIED MONDAY, MARCH 2, 2020 AT GOLDEN LIVING CENTER-BRENTWOOD IN EVANSVILLE.  HE WAS A RETIRED TRUCK DRIVER.  HE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS WIFE, TONYA AND THREE SIBLINGS, TOMMY, MICKEY AND MYRTLE.

BRYAN “B.K.” HILL       57          OF HENDERSON

DIED MONDAY, MARCH 2, 2020.  A 1980 GRADUATE OF HENDERSON COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL, HE WAS A VETERAN OF THE U.S. MARINE CORPS.  HE WAS A PLANT SUPERINTENDENT WITH ALBEMARLE AND AKZO NOBEL BEFORE GOING TO KIOR BIOFUELS WHERE HE OVERSAW ALL PLANT OPERATIONS.
