Some routes being condensed for the time being
HENDERSON, Ky. — Because ridership has dropped during this time when our citizens have been asked to achieve “social distancing,” Henderson Area Rapid Transit is making some alterations in routes starting Monday, March 23.
The “Shopper Shuttle” route will no longer be labeled as such and that route will be served by the East End/Eastgate bus in tandem with the North route.
Riders may need to allow extra time for the buses to run the routes.
Also, the Paratransit vehicles will be reduced to weekdays only and will be limited to trips for groceries and pharmacy/medical appointments.
This new schedule is subject to change. HART thanks riders for their flexibility and asks riders to take every measure to maintain “social distancing.”
