HENDERSON COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY REVISES HOURS FOR CURBSIDE PICK-UP SERVICE

Henderson, KY. The Henderson County Public Library has begun its transition into the new
expansion! We are expecting this moving process to take about 2-3 weeks. Due to the move, the
HCPL Curbside Pick-Up schedule has been slightly altered. The new schedule for HCPL Curbside
Pick-Up is Monday – Friday from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM. This new schedule will continue throughout
the transition period. The HCPL phones will be available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. Please
be patient as we work through this move, there may be a delay in the normal response time of 24
hours for requesting an item and receiving conformation for pick-up. As we are moving, parts of the
HCPL collection may become unavailable. If you have any questions, please call 270.826.3712
during the above hours.
The HCPL has also recently started back up our homebound delivery services. If you are unable to
use our Curbside Pick-Up services, you may call 270.826.3712 between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday –
Friday to request the HCPL homebound delivery services.
Due to the COVID-19 closure, we are not currently issuing HCPL cards. We will begin to re-issue
library cards upon completion of the transitioning, in early July.
We hope you will continue to enjoy the HCPL services and we thank you for your patience during this
move. The HCPL looks forward to welcoming all our patrons to the new expansion!
