School Board Schedules Special Called Meeting To Discuss The Reopening of School - Meeting will be open to the Public But Attendance Will Be Limited Due to COVID 19 Restrictions


The Henderson County Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2020. In accordance
with Executive Order 2020-215, declaring a State of Emergency, and KRS 61.826, the meeting will be conducted, in part, through
video teleconference. Members of the Board may attend the meeting in person or by video teleconference.
Members of the public will be allowed to attend this meeting. However, due to the public health necessity of imposing social
distancing to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and in compliance with the Governor’s Executive Order limiting gatherings to
groups of up to fifty (50) people, there will be limited availability for public observation at the primary physical location.
Once meeting capacity has been reached, no one will be admitted to the meeting unless/until someone exits the building.
Anyone attending the meeting must comply with social distancing requirements and shall wear a mask, except when speaking. Members the general public may also view the meeting by clicking on the YouTube icon at the bottom of the Henderson County
