DIED SATURDAY, JULY 18, 2020 AT THE LUCY SMITH KING CARE CENTER.  HE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS WIFE, NORMA DEAN DAVIS WHO DIED IN 2014; BY A GRANDDAUGHTER, REBECCA “BECKY” HARE IN 2016; BY A SISTER, MARY LILLY DAVIS AND 2 BROTHERS, DONALD RAY DAVIS AND CHARLES DAVIS.

 

SURVIVORS INCLUDE:

2 DAUGHTERS         ROBIN CARTER AND TAMMY HARE, BOTH OF HENDERSON

2 SONS          STEVEN DAVIS OF HENDERSON AND BOBBY DAVIS OF EVANSVILLE

DIED SUNDAY, JULY 19, 2020 AT THE LUCY SMITH KING CARE CENTER.  SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE AMERICAN LEGION WORSHAM POST NO. 40 AND THE MOOSE LODGE NO. 732.  SHE VOLUNTEERED WITH HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOLS AS A GRANDPARENT.  SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND, TOP GULLEY AND SIBLINGS, PEBBLES, STELLA, JOHN AND LAYMOND.

DIED MONDAY, JULY 20, 2020, AT REDBANKS COLONIAL TERRACE NURSING HOME IN SEBREE.  SHE RETIRED FROM THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT, HAVING WORKED AT THE SEBREE AND HEBBARDSVILLE TOLL PLAZAS.  A MEMBER OF THE BAPTIST FAITH, SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND, CHARLES MACK WRIGHT.

DIED SUNDAY, JULY 19, 2020 AT DEACONESS HOSPITAL HENDERSON.  SHE WORKED IN THE HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM FOR OVER 30 YEARS.  SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND OF 72 YEARS, JAMES HOGAN AND BY 2 SISTERS, KATHERINE CARTWRIGHT AND NONA CANNON.
