JOHNNY RAY BAIZE            55       OF PROVIDENCE

DIED THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8TH AT BAPTIST HEALTH IN MADISONVILLE.  HE WAS A TRUCK DRIVER AT PROVIDENCE RECYLING FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND SERVED IN THE U.S. ARMY RESERVES.  HE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY A SISTER, THERESA LOVELL.

 

SURVIVORS INCLUDE:

1 SON            MICHAEL OF ROBARDS

1 DAUGHTER           VANESSA O’BRIEN OF LISMAN

HIS MOTHER            EVELYN TAPP OF CLAY

3 SISTERS      ANGELA BAIZE OF SEBREE, VERONICA SPINKS OF DIXON AND

                         MONA LISA GAMBLIN OF CLAY

1 BROTHER              LOMAN BAIZE OF PROVIDENCE

DIED TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2020 AT THE LUCY SMITH KING CARE CENTER.  A MEMBER OF CORYDON MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, SHE HAD WORKED AT GAMCO AS A PRESS OPERATOR.  SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE LADIES AUXILIARY AMERICAN LEGION WORSHAM POST40. SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND, ROBERT I. SHELTON; BY 2 BROTHERS, GORDON AND RAYMOND SUTTON AND A GRANDDAUGHTER, DENITA MAJORS.

3 CHILDREN             MICHAEL SHELTON OF CORYDON, CHERYL WILSON OF MORGANFIELD

                                      AND LORETTA GLASSCO OF SEBREE

DIED SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2020 AT DEACONESS GATEWAY HOSPITAL IN NEWBURGH.  A MEMBER OF VICTORY CHRISTIAN CENTER, SHE WORKED AS A CAN AND ALSO TAUGHT SPANISH AT SOUTH HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY.  SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATHY BY A SON, JESSE STONE AND BY 2 SISTERS, LYDIA SERRANO, AND SONYA SERRANO.

DIED TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2020 AT HENDERSON NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER.  A MEMBER OF HOLY NAME OF JESUS CATHOLIC CHURCH, HE WORKED AS A TEACHER FOR 40 YEARS.  HE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY A SON, DANIEL JASON SAUER.
