The Henderson Senior Center will celebrate local seniors and their families by having a night of music by local artists next Tuesday, May 25th. “May is Older American’s Month and we are honored to have live music and food to celebrate our local seniors,” said Bill Rhodes, senior center director. We will be hosting local artists: Dave Lutz, Keith Vincent, and Annabel Whitledge. The event is free to our community but food and drinks will be sold with proceeds benefiting the senior center.
The artist will play from 5:30P – 7:30P Tuesday evening and the event will be held outside at the senior center at 1817 N. Elm Street. All guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair for seating. If weather issues arise that day of the event, please stay tuned to local media. There will be parking at the senior center and shuttles provided if guests should need to park further away.
