🚲 Saturday, August 7, 2021, 9:00 am Community Bicycle Ride-Downtown to Fairmont Loop 8.1 miles
🚲 Monday, August 9, 2021, 7:00 pm Sunset Community Bicycle Ride-Downtown Henderson Loop 7.6 miles. This ride was trendy last week (August 2) with over 30 participants.
Downtown community advocates host these rides, and we stay together (a peloton) and practice bicycle safety. All ages and abilities are welcomed to attend these bicycle rides.
If you don’t own a bicycle, you can rent one at the Field & Main Bikeshare station at the corner of Second and Main. The cost is $3 per hour.
The Community Bicycle Rides start at Third and Water streets at the appointed times.
The routes are:
Downtown Loop (7.6 miles), 45-minute ride.
Kimsey Highlander Loop (8.2 miles), 55-minute ride.
Downtown to Fairmont Loop (8.1 miles), 1-hour ride.
