DIED SUNDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2021 AT NORTH PARK CENTER IN EVANSVILLE. HE WAS A U.S. AIR FORCE VETERAN OF VIETNAM AND SERVED IN THE NATIONAL GUARD. HE WAS PRECECED IN DEATH BY A BROTHER, GARY CARLISLE.
