Henderson County Coroner Identifies Victim of Sunday’s Fatal Crash on US 60 East

The victim of Sunday’s early morning single vehicle crash on US 60 East has been identified as 23-year old Delania Martinez of Henderson. That’s according to Henderson County Coroner Bruce Farmer who says Martinez died of blunt force trauma after she was ejected from her vehicle around 2:15 Sunday morning. The Henderson County Sheriff’s Department and numerous other first responders responded to the crash site on US 60 East near the intersection of Peters London Road and found Martinez deceased at the scene. She was the only occupant of the vehicle. The cause of the fatal crash on a straight stretch of roadway remains under investigation according to the Sheriff’s Department.
