Rotary Club of Henderson announces the start of its 2022 Grant Community Grant Cycle where it will provide grants to local nonprofits, educational and/or governmental agencies serving the Henderson County area. Last year, Rotary awarded over $35,000 in community grants to 19 nonprofits.
“Rotary’s motto is Service Above Self, and the 2022 Rotary Theme is “Serve To Change Lives.” Our community grant cycle is an important way that our organization can fulfill these missions. There are so many deserving organizations that do important work to make Henderson the wonderful place it is to work and live,” said Jennifer Andrews, Henderson Rotary President. Nonprofits interested in applying can request an application by sending an email to hendokyrotary@gmail.com. To apply, complete the application and either mail the application packet to the Henderson Rotary Club of Henderson c/o Charitable Trust, P.O. Box 77, Henderson, KY 42419-0077 or submit a PDF version to hendokyrotary@gmail.com. The application deadline is February 21, 2022.
Henderson Rotary Club meets in person each Thursday at noon at the Henderson County Public Library. It also hosts it meetings on Facebook live (https://www.facebook.com/HendersonKYRotary).
