Public Works to Close Small Section of Watson Lane Monday

HENDERSON, KY, June 16, 2022- A contractor for the City of Henderson will be making a service cut near the east side of the Watson Lane and 
U.S. 41 intersection early Monday morning, June 20.
The two eastbound lanes adjacent to Donut Bank will not be open to motorists turning off U.S. 41 or coming across from the Elm Street side. 
Westbound motorists will be able use Watson Lane during the work period.
Northbound U.S. 41 motorists wishing to access eastbound Watson Lane will be able to use Paul Drive and Sureway Drive to get around the road work.
The work is expected to begin at 6 a.m., weather permitting, and the lanes will reopen as soon as possible.
