Routes will be running one day late
HENDERSON, KY, June 27, 2022- Trash collection in the City of Henderson and services at the landfill/transfer station will be operating on a
different schedule during the week of the July 4th holiday.
There will be no trash collection on Monday, July 4, according to Sanitation Superintendent David Steele.
The schedule is simple. Every route will be operating one day late starting with Monday routes being collected on Tuesday, July 5, and Friday
routes being collected on Saturday, July 9.
Please have you trash out by 4 a.m.
The landfill/transfer station also will be closed on Monday, July 4. It will reopen for normal operations at 7 a.m., on Tuesday, July 5.
It will not be Recycling Week.
As a reminder, other City of Henderson offices will be closed for the July 4th holiday.
