Destany Louise Pearl Pike, age 16, of Henderson, KY, died Monday, July 18, 2022, following a tragic accident.
Destany was a member of the Henderson County High School Cross Country team and was an organ donor.
She was preceded in death by her uncle Donald Pike, paternal grandmother Marsha Pike, maternal great-grandmother Georgia Duvall King,
and her great-grandmother Victoria Irene Hains.
Destany is survived by her parents Eric and Victoria “Tori” Pike of Henderson, KY;
One sister, Haley Hains of Henderson, KY;
Her maternal grandparents Donna Hains of Henderson, KY, and Patrick Hains of Wichita, KS;
3 aunts and 4 uncles survive as do her god-parents Victoria and Antonia Fowler;
Family and friends are invited to Destany’s Life Celebration from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at Benton-Glunt & Tapp Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
