HENDERSON, KY (July 25, 2022) – The Henderson Chamber of Commerce and its Government Affairs Committee are pleased to announce this year’s presentation of the State of the City/County Luncheon at One Life Church. The event will take place this Thursday, July 28th, at 11:30 a.m. with lunch provided by Golden Corral catering services. Cost is $25 for Chamber members and $30 for non-members. The State of the City/County includes an update from Mayor Steve Austin on the state of the city of Henderson as well as remarks from Judge Executive Brad Schneider on the state of Henderson County spanning the past year. In addition to hearing from these municipal leaders, attendees will receive an update from a few of our largest local civic organizations – Henderson Lions Club, Henderson Breakfast Lions Club, and Rotary Club. Programming is expected to last until about 1:00 p.m.
