Maximum lane width is 11′ for all lanes at these work zones

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (Sept.12, 2022) – Beginning Wednesday, Sept.14th, a contractor will close the bridge at Henderson – Owensboro Road.

The closure is located at mile point 5.28 over Katie Meadow Slough. The closure will allow the contractor to repair and pour a new bridge deck at the above location. The structure will also undergo bridge deck restoration and waterproofing.

In addition to the lane restriction, temporary signals will be installed while this work is addressed to facilitate vehicular movement.

Motorists should be prepared for stop conditions and anticipate reduced speeds.

The maximum lane width is 11′ for all lanes.

The closures will be in place through mid-October 2022.
