A Henderson man has been arrested on a burglary charge.
Henderson Police Department and the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 1600 block of South Green Street at 8:39 a.m. Wednesday. Upon arriving, the sheriff saw a man exit the building and run into a nearby wood line. The man, who was identified as 28-yearp-old Jawaun Eastwood, was apprehended a short time later.
Eastwood is lodged in the Henderson County detention Center on charges of third-degree burglary, parole violation, and three counts of failure to appear. His bond is set at $1,500 and he is due to appear in court on March 3.
