A Henderson man was arrested on multiple misdemeanor and felony charges following a traffic stop.
Henderson Police Department said officers conducted a traffic stop on Brennon Owens, 39, of Henderson, in the area of Atkinson and Loeb streets on Tuesday.
Police found Owens to be operating on a suspended driver’s license, operating without insurance, and in possession of marijuana and
other controlled substances. He was also found to be in violation of the conditions of his release from a Webster County case.
Owens was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a third-degree controlled substance, trafficking in a controlled substance (second or more offense), trafficking in a first-degree controlled Substance (methamphetamine) violation of conditions of release, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.
He was lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center, where he is being held on a $100,000 bond.
