HENDERSON, KY, – The City of Henderson has announced by mutual agreement the separation of Heath Cox as assistant city manager.
The City of Henderson Board of Commissioners agreed that it is in the best interest of both the City and Cox to mutually end his employment contract. Further, both parties have reached a mutual severance agreement.
Cox began his role as assistant city manager on January 12, 2023.
There are no immediate plans to fill the position of assistant city manager.
