Two people injured in wreck at U.S 41-N and Watson Lane intersection


Two people were injured Thursday following a wreck at the intersection of U.S. 41-N and Watson Lane.

Henderson police and fire departments responded Thursday to the intersection of U.S. 41-N and Watson Lane in reference to a two-vehicle accident with injuries.

Gloria Nordoff, 63, of Jasper, Indiana, was traveling northbound on U.S. 41-N in the right lane approaching Watson Lane when she attempted to stop for a traffic light, according to the Henderson Police Department.

At the same time, Nathaniel Clover, 30, of Central City, was traveling behind Nordoff and could not avoid hitting her vehicle. Police said Clover rear-ended Nordoff’s vehicle.

Nordoff and a passenger, Anthony Willett, 44, of Henderson were transported to Deaconess Hospital Henderson for non-life-threatening injuries. Clover was not injured.
