SARA “ELIZABETH” JOHNSON 96 OF HENDERSON
DIED WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, IN HER HOME UNDER THE CARE OF ST ANTHONY’S HOSPICE. SHE WAS A LONG-TIME MEMBER OF IMMANUEL BAPTIST TEMPLE, SERVING AS SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER AND PART OF THE BEREAVEMENT COMMITTEE. SHE SANG IN THE SENIOR CHOIR AND ENJOYED THE FELLOWSHIP AT TRIPLE L. SENIOR GROUP. ELIZABETH WORKED AT THE FORMER HENDERSON CLINIC IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND, BENJAMIN LEE JOHNSON, AND A DAUGHTER, BEVERLY JOHNSON.

THE FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT 11AM ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 6TH, AT BENTON-GLUNT & TAPP FUNERAL HOME

BURIAL WILL FOLLOW AT FAIRMONT CEMETERY
