A Henderson man is accused of advertising pornographic images of a minor.
The Henderson Police Department said officers responded at 1:05 a.m. Wednesday to a complaint about James A. Turner, 38, of Henderson, attempting to solicit pornographic images of a minor.
Turner was later located in the 10 block of Gardengate Drive. During the police’s investigation, officers said that Turner was observed deleting pornographic images on his phone that portrayed minors.
Turner was arrested and charged with advertising matter portraying a sex performer by a minor and tampering with physical evidence.
