PHYLLIS FAYE CARR 88
DIED FRIDAY, MARCH 8TH, IN EVANSVILLE, IN. PHYLLIS SPENT MANY YEARS TOUCHING HEARTS IN THE FOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF HENDERSON COUNTY AND WAS A PROUD MEMBER OF BOTH THE DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION AND THE ORDER OF THE EASTERN STAR. PHYLLIS WAS AN AVID CHURCHGOER AND REGULARLY ATTENDED BENNETT MEMORIAL UNITED METHODIST CHURCH. SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND OF 49 YEARS, DONALD CARR, AND HER BROTHERS: JACK, PHILLIP (BRUCE), AND DON CARR.

THE FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT 2PM ON SATURDAY, MARCH 16TH, AT BENTON-GLUNT & TAPP FUNERAL HOME.
REVEREND DALE CARDEN WILL OFFICIATE.
BURIAL WILL FOLLOW AT ROSELAWN MEMORIAL GARDENS
FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE INVITED TO PHYLLIS’ LIFE CELEBRATION FROM 4PM UNTIL 8PM FRIDAY AND AGAIN ON SATURDAY, STARTING AT NOON AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
