The Henderson County Waste Tire Collection event is a three-day event where people can recycle their tires.
The tire recycling event will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday and from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Henderson County Fairgrounds.
Due to this event, Freedom Park and the County Fairgrounds will be closed to public from 4 p.m. Thursday until 8 a.m. Friday; from 4 p.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday; and from 2 p.m. Saturday until 8 a.m. Monday.
No one will be allowed in Freedom Park or the Henderson County Fairgrounds during these dates and times. The gates will be locked and entrance will be prohibited.
The Farmer’s Market will be open during its regular hours.
