Henderson man accused of reporting crimes that didn't occur via 911

A Henderson man is accused of falsely reporting charges after he allegedly made numerous calls to 911 about crimes that did not happen.
During the months of January, February and March, Henderson Police said that Timothy Casebier, 54, of Henderson, called 911 a dozen times to report his house being broken into, physical assaults, harassment, and being shot with a BB gun. The allegations were made against two specific people, according to police.
While investigating the complaints, officers determined they were false allegations. Based on the information gathered during these police calls, officers requested an arrest warrant for harassing communications and false reporting an incident to law enforcement.
Casebier was served a warrant on the following counts on Tuesday: harassing communications and false reporting an incident to law enforcement.
He was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center, where he is being held on a $450 bond.
