The City of Henderson Independence Day Celebration will be held on July 3rd in Downtown Henderson.
The Rotary Club of Henderson will be selling half-pot tickets from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, July 3rd.
Half the pot goes to the winner; the other half directly supports scholarships for high school and college students. Tickets are $5.
Rotarians will be walking around and selling tickets. There will also be a table set up to buy the tickets in Audubon Mill Park.
Food trucks will open at 5 p.m.
There will be a balloon artist, children’s musician, and face painting from 6-8 p.m.
The Old Dam Community Band will perform life music in Audubon Mill Park from 6:30-8:45 p.m.
Fireworks will begin at 9:15 p.m.
