Henderson, Ky. (July 23, 2025) – A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to begin a paving project in rural Henderson County tomorrow that will resurface 6.37 miles of KY 1217 (Pruitt-Agnew Road).
On Thursday, crews will be milling the roadway from KY 416 (0 mm) to KY 1299 (6.3 mm). Paving is scheduled to begin on Friday, July 25 and is expected to last around a week, weather depending, according to a news release.
Motorists should anticipate single lane closures, with alternating traffic flow directed by flaggers throughout the project area.
