A Henderson man and two of his sons have been arrested on charges in connection with a fight involving weapons.
Officers were called to the area of Washington and Holloway streets for a fight with weapons at 2:55 p.m. Sunday.
Officers learned the fight involved several people who have been the subject of recent police calls for fights. The ongoing dispute continued and resulted in two people going to the hospital with head and facial injuries.
Police said they believe a juvenile was struck with brass knuckles and an adult was struck with a baseball bat.
Officers developed probable cause to arrest Trevanskey Seals, 40, for second-degree assault and disorderly conduct in connection with the fight. Police believe he was the suspect who struck the injured man with a baseball bat. The person injured by the brass knuckles is Seals’ juvenile son.
While investigating the incident, Seals two 18-year-old sons arrived at the scene. Tredarius Seals and Trevall Seals ran past officers towards several other people at the scene.
Tredarius Seals was armed with a bat and refused commands to stop. Officers were able to stop him and take him into custody before he reached the other group.
Trevall Seals also refused to stop but was brought to the ground by a taser deployment before he reached the other group. Tredarius and Trevall Seals were arrested on menacing and disorderly conduct charges.
Both Trevanskey Seals and Trevall Seals had active warrants for fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct from a July 23rd incident that left the same man injured after a fight on the U.S. 41 strip.
All three Seals men were arrested and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center. Trevanskey Seals was being held on a $5,000 cash bond. Tredarius Seals was being hold on a $2,000 bond. Trevall Seals was being held on a $1,500 bond.
The investigation into the August 10th incident is ongoing and additional arrest may occur.
