Nearly 30 years to the day that Heather Teague went missing, authorities have confirmed that a suspect has been exhumed for DNA testing.
Kentucky State Police Trooper Corey King confirmed to WSON that Marty Dill was exhumed from a Henderson County cemetery to take a DNA sample. King said that Kentucky State Police, Kentucky State Police Crime Lab and the Henderson County Coroner’s Office were on scene Monday.
Teague disappeared from Newburgh Beach near Spottsville on Aug. 26, 1995. She was 23 years old at the time.
Police suspected Dill, who committed suicide days after Teague went missing.
