UPDATE: Authorities said that a man who escaped from the Henderson County Detention Center on Tuesday afternoon was located in the Reed area on Wednesday morning.
Authorities said that Timothy A. Oliver, 53, was located in the Reed area on Wednesday and was returned to custody.
HENDERSON, Ky. (Oct. 21, 2025) – The Kentucky State Police Henderson Post 16, is searching for an inmate who escaped from the Henderson County Detention Center on October 21st, at approximately 12:15 p.m.
Timothy A. Oliver, 53 years of age, is described as a while male, 6’ 1” tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Mr. Oliver was last wearing blue jeans, a gray shirt and a ballcap.
He was serving a sentence for Burglary 3rd degree. Anyone who may have information about the location of Mr. Oliver is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency or KSP Post 16 at 270-826-3312.
