KSP investigating fatal Muhlenberg County crash


GREENVILLE, KY. –Kentucky State Police is investigating a fatal collision that occurred October 13, 2025, in Muhlenberg County.

At approximately 7:03 p.m. on Oct. 13, Muhlenberg County Dispatch contacted KSP Post 2 requesting assistance with a single vehicle collision near the 8 mile-marker on US-62 in Greenville, Kentucky.

A preliminary investigation indicates Nicholas Brown, 19, Central City, was driving a sedan when he left the roadway overturning multiple times and was ejected from the vehicle. Brown was airlifted to a nearby Hospital.

Brown succumbed to injuries from the collision at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee on Monday.

The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Trooper Leevi McMillin of the Kentucky State Police.
