Evansville police have arrested a man for narcotics dealing charges
following a traffic stop.
Motor patrol officers stopped a motorist in the 600 block of Northwest Riverside Drive for multiple traffic violations on Tuesday. During the car stop, officers discovered that the driver, Michael C. Keller, 51, had a suspended Indiana driver’s license.
After being removed from the vehicle, Keller gave officers permission to search his vehicle. Officers located more than one pound of methamphetamine, 17 grams of psychedelic mushrooms and other paraphernalia.
Keller was charged with dealing cocaine or narcotic drug, manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, dealing schedule I, II, or III substance, possession of paraphernalia and driving while license suspended-prior.
