There will be a nursing pinning ceremony at 2 p.m. Friday. The fall commencement ceremony will be held at 7 p.m.
According to Chief Student Affairs Officer and Registrar Chad Phillips, Ed.D., HCC will award 241 credentials this fall. The total includes 107 associate degrees, 132 certificates and two diplomas.
The commencement ceremony will feature remarks from students Jordan Bryant (Associate in Science), Lenze Burns (Nursing), and Jasmine Staley (Business Administration), as well as Student Government Association Vice President Avery Harper.
“These events provide an opportunity for HCC faculty and staff to celebrate the achievements of our students as they prepare to begin their careers or continue their education,” Phillips said. “We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished during their time at HCC and look forward to seeing the impact they will make in their future academic and professional journeys.”
