HENDERSON, KY (January 23rd, 2025) – The Henderson Chamber of Commerce will host the first Lunch & Learn of 2026 to kick off the Business Success Series on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will take place at the Henderson County Public Library in the Pittsburg Tank & Tower Room.
This Lunch & Learn will feature Bobby Wilburn, Regional Vice President with Malone Workforce Solutions, and will focus on the role of artificial intelligence in recruitment and workforce practices.
Wilburn will provide an overview of how AI is currently being used in staffing and hiring, where it is showing up in today’s workforce landscape, and what employers should understand as these tools continue to evolve. The session is designed for employers, HR professionals, and business leaders interested in gaining a clearer understanding of how technology is influencing talent recruitment and workforce management.
The event is free to attend, but registration is required. Lunch will be graciously provided by Jersey Mike’s.
