HENDERSON, Ky. – Tiffany Jackson is Henderson Community College’s new Workforce Solutions Coordinator.
In this role, Jackson will support the development and coordination of workforce training initiatives, strengthen partnerships with local employers, and help align educational programs with regional industry needs.
Jackson has 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and entrepreneurship, with a strong background in program coordination, operations, and community engagement. Most recently, she opened and operated multiple business ventures in Union County, eventually expanding to other states and in the digital space, where she led marketing, operations, and community-focused initiatives.
Jackson holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, graduating cum laude from Western Kentucky University.
“Henderson Community College is excited to have Ms. Jackson join our staff and community,” said Dr. Mike Knecht, Chief Academic Officer. “She brings a lot of experience and talent that will benefit our local employers through our Workforce Solutions Department.”
