A driver has been charged with driving under the influence after striking a Henderson building.
Henderson Police Department said officers responded to a vehicle accident where a truck collided with a building in the 1800 block of Elm Street at 8:31 p.m. Friday. During the investigation, police established that the driver, Jon E. Randell, was operating while intoxicated.
Randell was transported to Deaconess Henderson Hospital for his minor injuries. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence (first offense).
