HENDERSON, Ky. – The City of Henderson Board of Commissioners held their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday afternoon, July 11, 2023.
The Board of Commissioners:
- Approved a consent agenda with minutes from the June 13, 2023 regular meeting and the June 22, 2023 called work session.
- Heard a resolution approving the City Manager salary increase.
- Heard a resolution approving the agreement with the Henderson City-County Airport Board.
- Heard a resolution approving the agreement with the Henderson, Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Henderson Partnership Committee.
- Heard a resolution approving the agreement with the Henderson-Henderson County Planning Commission.
- Heard a resolution approving the agreement with the Henderson City-County Human Rights
Commission. - Heard a resolution approving the CDBG subrecipient agreement with Father Bradley Shelter for Women and Children, Inc.
- Heard a resolution authorizing statement of affiliation with the Henderson City/County Rescue Squad, Inc.
- Heard a resolution authorizing addendum to interlocal agreement with Daviess County Fiscal Court for solid waste disposal.
- Heard a resolution approving the memorandum of understanding for purchase of temporary easement of Parcel 4 on KY 812.
- Heard the second reading of a resolution approving memorandum of understanding between the City of Henderson Tourist Commission.
- Heard a resolution announcing the mutual agreement for employment separation of Heath Cox as Assistant City Manager. There will be more information about this decision on the July 25
the Board of Commissioners meeting.
The City Manager’s report included:
- Rezoning #1146 at 307 Center Street Jagoe Homes, Inc. Request.

The date for the next regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners is at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 25th. It will take place in the third-floor Assembly Room of the Henderson Municipal Center.
