A Henderson man is accused of trafficking methamphetamine.

Henderson Police Department responded to the 300 Block of Highway 2084 at 12:26 a.m. Thursday in reference to a man who appeared to be intoxicated and was stumbling around.

William Sutton, 56, was located and appeared to be intoxicated. When asked for his ID, police said Sutton dropped meth on the ground. More meth was found on Sutton along with cocaine.

Sutton was arrested and charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of a first-degree controlled substance (cocaine) and public intoxication.

He was lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center.
