Zaxby’s is coming to Henderson.
The fast casual restaurant has plans to expand its Midwestern footprint by opening three new locations, according to a company news release.
The new restaurants will be located in Henderson and Madisonville in Kentucky and Vincennes in Indiana. There are already Zaxby’s locations in Evansville, Newburgh and Owensboro.
According to the news release, Zaxby’s plans to break ground by November 2024 for the new locations.
