Henderson Water Utility is repairing a water service line at 608 South Green Street in front of the old Jefferson Elementary. As a result, the curbside, northbound lane of Green Street is closed at the site.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet officials said the road was closed Thursday due to a water main break that caused the road to partially collapse.
Please be cautious in this area, as crews are working to repair the leak. City of Henderson spokeswoman Holli Blanford said she expects the lane restriction to be in place until Monday, January 29th, 2024.
